Thanks, Renee. This is Charlene. There is more to this. The check was not insufficient. She persisted in her search and she discovered it had cleared her bank. She contacted me and reimbursed me the full value of the original check that caused her concern and all the chatter here. I asked her to post on Source of Title that a different outcome had been reached and that it was resolved amicably. I am not the type of person who defames anyone, especially in a forum like this. There are people on here that I don't even know and the ones I do know have called me and learned about the changes in the results. She has not done this for me so I am still coping with this messy issue. I wish she would so people can read it from her posting instead of me making a claim. Perhaps she is just uncomfortable. At the end of the day, I wish she would share her findings and perhaps post some sort of apology. Lord, I hope this doesn't continue because I am exhausted defending myself. I do appreciate your kind words and the lesson regarding we all have problems from time to time. That's when we need our friends and I thank for all the years we have behind and in front of us. to post a reply: login - or - register
