Tracking indexing errors is a good idea.  It would definitely be of use for marketing purposes and I think it may come in handy just to have a record of the issues to protect yourself from claims arising from "corrected" indexes.

If everyone reports the errors they find, it may help someone who earlier missed something due the mistake before it was corrected.  At least there would be some way to check to see if a correction was reported.  It is not likely that "everyone" would report instances, but if we have some means of doing so it could help down the road.

Slade and I will look into adding that feature to SOT.
