Just  got home and my customer said their client...ServiceLink...wanted to know why the foreclosed upon mortgage wasn't listed as a current mortgage......Yikes...don't they read the documents...??..In answer to your question, Jay...VT is a Deed of Trust state...don't know if it's Judicial or not...
