I am urging everything in the United States title equity business - DO NOT do business with foreigners. Check out your companies requesting information first. Do some research and formulate something contractual before doing business with these idiots if at all possible. This needs to stop.
If anybody wants to drop a dime on foreign entities here, please do so...cause they're not paying first off, ..and they don't understand logistics, terminology, fee structures, legal limitations, details on what contitutes order typing, and reasonable turn-around times.
We need to do something to keep our real estate transactions from escaping our markets (us) and then in turn, we grovel to have our own work dangled in front of our faces as some sort of precious gift. (AND NOT EVEN GETTING PAID HALF THE TIME) This is getting ridiculous. Any specific notes you'd like to bring to the table here for my submission for future legislation, please do so as well. Thank you!
And that includes banking personnel as well: Use your American abstracting companies that know what they're doing!
I hope I get some responses here cause really, after 20 years.... I'm watching the business go down hill because of this issue.
Thank you for reading through. (and please don't name any individual specifically)
