Thank you Scott, how is your abstractor program coming? I finally decided that I was just going to do my own and put one together with Access. I found this terrific book on how to use Access and it came out great. It is simple but has everything we need... well almost. I am still trying to figure out how to produce a single search report. I am sure it is one of those "why didn't I think of that... " problems.
