I report all judgments and tax liens, on all parties, all variations of spelling, all nicknames, for 20 years, regardless of what the address is. 

As I've said before, as the abstractor you're not getting all the info the title company, law office, or bank has.  Cover yourself.  Over reporting never hurt anyone.
