We have still not been paid for the jobs we did for Pristine Title Services LLC, totaling several thousand dollars, going back may months. They are currently not in communication with us, even though we have suggested that they can make payment arrangements. They have openly stated several times that a check is on the way, when it wasn't.
The people at the company are: Alex Reed, Prashanth Sharma, Shannon White, and Jason Maddur.The last email we got from them was from Shannon White on October 28, 2019 which stated: "My apologies, When we received a payment email from you guys, we tried to reach you on call but it was not going through. the reason behind not making payment is that We had some payment issue with our lender. However, we confirmed with our accounting team that you will have your all pending payment on or before 11/10 without fail."
That check did not arrive, and they have not communicated since then. If they make a payment, we will update this thread. Our next step a turning their account over to a collection agency. It takes a lot for us to post on SOT re non-pay. We try very hard to work things out with all our clients, as we understand things can happen. Most clients always come through. I hope Pristine will come through, but at this point, we feel it is our duty to warn others.
