I actually saw a job ad from a local title company a few weeks ago, the problem is, I don't feel comfortable getting my experience from someone that may see me as their competitor later on.

Do you think I can get my experience by bringing clients to some none local company? if so, will they be able to give me any kind of work so I actually get the experience?
