Attorney certifications are a service we provide in NC and SC, but our abstractors have to do the search.  In my experience, most attorneys will only certify the searches of abstractors that they regularly work with--they won't just certify a search from another office.  But I may not have all the information, and maybe there is an attorney who will do that.
