We are currently seeking a Title Examiners and Searchers.
Responsibilities include: - Examines chain of Title for Residential properties
- Performs title examination of easy and/or moderate title orders requiring a moderate level of expertise.
- Examines the chain of title for orders of limited complexity.
- Prepares property reports.
Skills:- Detail Oriented, Analytical Ability, Problem Solving, Customer Service Orientation.
- 1-3 years title/ related real estate.
