California: Note is not online.  I can cover Alameda and Contra Costa because, I live in Emeryville CA (I can do other counties if your company will reimburse for tolls and parking cost: San Francisco, San Jose/ Santa Clara and Marin.   

Washington : county king , Pierce, Snohomish :  these specific counties because they are online
