Does anyone have any experience with the land records system provided by Tyler Technologies? One jurisdiction I serve recently changed to the land records provider.
It is, by far, the worst system I have ever used. I have heard stories from other examiners in other locations who have had problems with this system. It literally takes twice as long or longer to perform any type of examination requested by my clients. The Clerk in this locality has been less than cooperative during the transition which consisted of turning off the old system one day and turning on the new system the next day. Needless to say, there were and still are a lot of bugs to work out. In addition, I do not feel confident in using this new system because of various anomalies I have experienced so far.
