We sent Julie a deed to record in Ashtabula Co.  She didn't record the deed and she wouldn't return any of our emails or phone calls or return the deed.

 As a result of this, we have an upset client and have to pay a surveyor $400 to re-certify the survey.

I am posting this to warn others of her.
