Any of my Florida abstractors use a website called; e-titles?

We've used them and been a subscriber since they came online about 15 years ago. Just recently we logged on to used them and got a message that the website was going to cease to exist. This is literally how we obtained old deeds, indexes and judgment copies. It was currently owned by Westcor Land Title prior to going off-line. My original beef was why because it was a main source of getting "old stuff". My other beef is we paid for two months of service that we didn't get. Now I'm going to try and recoup about $900 from Westcor. Anyone else in Florida have this issue?
