Washburn is a complete fraud. Did business as Land and Law, some 4 the law firm, now Washburn. I worked as an abstractor and never got paid. I've filed cases with both SC bar and GA bar. And then I complained to the BBB, I don't know how they are still in business. Please do not waste your time and money on these guys. Jack Munsey runs the operations, his wife who owns the firm is a South Carolina attorney and the owner. Her name doesn't even show on the website. Everything about them seems very weird and scary.
