I know you do and it is always appreciated.  I WON'T call you (at all if I can avoid it!) unless there's a major catastrophe for a good client.  Isn't that nice how it works?  I send you work; you reply that you received it with an eta; you do the work; I send it to the client.  Neither of us needs to hire a minimum wage worker to make phone calls.  We just freakin' do our jobs (and you do it very well, too!) -- Alix
