The only way I communicate with any company is via email. That way both parties have proof of all communications and both parties also have the reminder of a pesky email in our inbox that won't go away till we deal with it. Also, when they send you the initial order, there is almost always someone else listed on that email that you can contact. Send your question to everybody listed on that email together... that way everybody knows you have an issue, and everybody knows it isn't being taken care of.
I have dealt with Real Title this way for a few years now, and have never had any trouble getting a reply within a day... and they pay faithfully. What else can you ask from a vendor?
