Have never gotten a payment . They sent a check to pay the outstanding balance from 2 years ago and to conduct a future search. I thought it might be a good idea to ask my bank if the check was good before I deposited. I am so glad I did. I was advised that they could not guaranty the funds. The bank had a Red Flag and said that if I deposited the check and the funds were not good that my account would be closed. The bank has some sort of a red flag with the check. So who knows what is up with that. IT can't be good if the bank says cashing their check could cause my account  to be closed. They said they were not at liberty to tell me why. I was advised to send their check back and ask for a cashiers check. The cashiers check never arrived. I would suggest if they send you a check ask your bank before you deposit it. There is something fishy going on.
