I search everyone for judgments.  If I find one, doesn't matter who it's against, I show it.  Too me it's up to the examiner to decide if it attaches or not.  When I started abstracting in '92 my boss at that time told me:  "It's not your job to question why...it's your job to do or die".  LOL...that has stuck with me all these years.
