I agree Alix with almost everything you are saying. Unfortunately there are some here who have called other respondents intolerant, bigots and racists for commenting on their experience with the overseas contingent. One outlandish example that comes to mind is Michael Madden's response to Hope Dizern's account of her experience with VisionNet and Red Vision.

I don't know of any other country that allows non-citizens access to the benefits provided by that countries taxpayers.  Our citizen benefits, assets and records belong to our citizens.The ability to sneak  across our borders or enter our homeland via the internet does not entitle an intruder to break our laws and take what doesn't belong to them.
