The practice of law necessarily entails providing services to another.  You can always do your own title search.

As Slade mentioned, I'm working on a blog entry on the topic.  Unfortunately, I have been a bit too busy to finish it.  I hope to get it done this week.  It is a very interesting topic and I appreciate Patricia bringing it up.
