Let me just say it is funny to see all of you jump on this,  which I actually love because I come here searching for info.  But do me a favor and be sure you have the right companies before you start giving answers and responses.  There are more than one type of name that is similar to Coast 2 Coast Property Report Services.  I am the owner of that company and Diane....thank you for the good info on us paying properly and treating our vendors correctly.   I know there are versions of my companies name...so it gets confusing I am sure....but George!!!! Really, why even reply to this when you know zero facts about any of this.  Stay out of blogs if you have no real factual input.  Yes, I was located in California, yes I am now in Colorado(still staffed in CA and wanting to higher more full time people nationally), yes we are busy as all get out and want great abstractors helping us.  Not sure who it was saying we provide sloppy work???  but if we are using abstractors how are we providing sloppy work?  we are just asking for searches and providing the typed report to our client, so we are at the mercy of our vendors/abstractors.
