How to I respond to that? I  am out to get work and my fees are okay. Banks want low fees, its not like a regular settlement company. Anybody who charges over $40 for a current owner is crazy. Title abstracting isn't brain surgery and nobody should be robbed because the pricing is to high. Think if you where the customer, would you pay $100 plus for a current owner.
