It should only take a few minutes (a day at most) to find a deed….I have been a Title Examiner almost 40 years in Florida. In business as PDR Title Service since Feb 2000. Email me at pdrtitle@gmail.com. Most Florida counties are online (all records at court house are online). I am in Tampa. If counties are online, I can find it.
