It appears they are actually based in India and their website says "konkasoft is an Offshore Software Development specialist"

Interesting enough a Google search has them showing up as major sponsors of H1B Green Cards. In case you don't know, an H1B visa allows foreign workers to come into this country and replace American born employees for lower wages.

The many different addresses and and phone numbers you are seeing may actually belong to some of these H1B employees they have already placed in this country.
