Source of Title Forums: Re: Altisource (yes, again)

Altisource's Vendor Scorecard is up and running again. Can anyone figure it out? My TAT 79 + Quality 83 = an average of 68. Don't 79 and 83 average 81? I've yet to miss a deadline, so how my Turnaround Time score is less than 100 is baffling.
