I remember some discussion about this issue a few years ago.  We did have a few odd requests like that - "current owner, show all open judgments, liens, easements and restrictions." (Something along those lines).  I told the client that we would "show all open judgments, liens, easements and restrictions" that were created after the current owner took title.  If they wanted more than that they would need a full search and we would charge accordingly.

As I recall, they didn't want to pay for more than a current owner, so that is what they got.

Clearly whoever writes these "orders" doesn't have a clue about how to search titles.
