David, You made correct point. However, if you read my previous posts, you will see that I have kept telling that we are located in both the countries, There is nothing called American Based or Indian Based and this is just a mindset. We have our branches in India and USA too. I do not know why such hype is being made? We are not the first company who does out sourcing if I m not wrong. Also, I have no information about the Title work of the building we are located in. This is not necessary that we are located there so we should be doing the Title work. This is individual's choice to get their Title work done by their preferred company.
