I have a friend who was told to  bring his fee down to $18 to retain the client.  Made me absolutely sick.  I am also a firm believer in getting what you pay for, having been in this business for over 25 years.  In my area, federal tax liens are not available online yet, and these cheap abstractors are just ignoring that!
