I can understand that. Because things are much slower than they were ten years ago, we only have one examiner. It doesn't take a lot to get "too busy." Although, I don't turn work down, we just tell the client that if they want us to do it we will not be able to meet their turn around time - some of the commercial orders we are telling clients it will be 6 weeks. We got several large commercial orders in all at once and they can't all get them back in a few days.
