I do think a remarkable job was done in identifying and apprehending these individuals so rapidly. There seems to be a great body of evidence to establish guilt:

                1. Photographs of them at the crime scene                                                                              

                2. Identification by police at the fire fights

                3. Admission of guilt to the owner of the highjacked car

I would hate to see it screwed up by a procedural problem such as failing to advise of the Miranda rights.
