I have used Paperport since 1992 and have all of my cases( 2 copies of each for about the last 18 yrs) on my computer. I do daily maintenance and only have about 250 gb ( twin drives) and still have more than half of my available disk space unused- it seems as though there are many different ways to tackle this problem.The newest version of PP saves everything as a PDF so I don't need to keep two copies anymore
