That pretty much seems par for the course.  In my opinion, if the system is "working the way it is supposed to," it is a poorly designed system.  I wish those who develop the "systems" that are forced upon us had the slightest understanding of what we do and how we use those systems.  It shocks me that the "system" is still reliable enough to insure titles in this country.

I miss the old books (as I have said many times)... they really did function they way they were supposed to, and it actually worked.
