How do you know they are forged? Are you compairing them with recorded documents with notarized signatures with the same parties? I am just curious. I would contact a Real Esate Attorney or the Legal Council at a Title Company and ask them, its jsut a suggestion. I would think in order to do anything about this situation someone who have to prove there was the intent to commit forgery. I think its wonderful you are noting this. How do you get these documents? Did the county record them with out being notarized? Can you tell from the document who requested that these documents record?
