I used to do work for them. If you need something in the order clarified you might get passed around to a couple people before you get an answer. And even then, they are just reading the instructions with you, not neccessarily answering your technical question (ie do you want a copy on the beneficiary deed).
No matter your preference, some orders come by fax and some come by email.
My first payment was delayed and way past due. It was later explained that the statement has to be their form, and submitted by snail mail. After that, their payments are on time.
They have 2 sister company's. Each has a different billing method. It depends on the company and whether the first number in the work order is a 1 or a 2. Billing is a kindof a hassle and time consuming.
Is the pay reasonable? They asked how much and we agreed on a price.
