Yes I have had outstanding invoices for copies also.  I always save the request whether by e-mail or fax., but copy fees are a battle to get paid for.  they are always nice...its oh you gotta email or fax it to this number, or as you say, I am the only person paying these and am backed up...as you stated it is such a big company it doesn't make sense.
