India, Israel and I've even seen Ireland.

These "search" companies simply go to other "online property search" companies that use information that god-only-knows is how old and aged.  It would be like using Zillow to give you current owner records - LOL

Thanks but no thanks.  I want reliable, EXPERIENCED, county-specific, PROFESSIONAL searchers/abstractors who know the lay of the land.

Can you imagine ordering a NJ "search" and all they do is go online to search a particular county's records?  Hey dude, what about the NJ Superior, the Municipals, the Tidelands, etc.??

OOPS!    LOL
