It's a shame.  Sherman was young, good looking, and evidently had marketable skills.  But by choosing to go to a jury trial for a kind of crime that I have to believe is among the easiest kind for prosecutors to prove, she'll probably get significant prison time, where others who have committed similar crimes have gotten a slap on the wrist.

The saddest cases are the ones where the title agents did this stuff for nothing more than their normal fee!
