Foreclosure, of course. Title vested in husband and wife 99% and their son 1%. Deed of Trust does not include son, nor does the foreclosure. So... of course f/c attorney does not notice the son, son still retains 1%. Now we get to clean this up.
Been a bit of a frustrating day. But, I am super busy so I am not complaining.
I will continue my review of this stack of titles on my desk. Any takers on how many of the 15 left that WON'T have title issues?
