Just a thought - would it be helpful to split the discussion forum into two groups?  One for the more substantive title related discussions, and one strictly for company info and payment related issues?  That way the readers who do not want to be bogged down by all the nonpayment threads will not have to be, and the readers who need to post questions or comments on nonpayment issues will not be berated for doing so?
