Nathan, we too still have not been paid, not one penny.  We too have been promised for four months of checks comming, we still have not received even one.  We have filed suit.  If you would like to contact me off of Source of Title, we can hire the same attorney to save expences.  If you do not file, we are allowing her to get away with it.  At least, you will have proof of your claims and their will be public records of the non payment history for all to see.  In this case, I believe everything you say because I am experiencing it myself.  However, anyone can say anything on here and it may or may not be true in some cases.  It would be nice if Robert would allow us to post a copy of judments on here in the future.  This would enhance the value of his site and help all of us Abstractors.
