You said "If someone else undercuts you with cheapo current owner rundowns then you have to make the choice to match their price & work like a bastard to do it; or keep your prices where they are & hope that your level of service will help you retain your clients"    and I agree with you.  All I'm saying is bless those guys who can work that hard for that fee, I dont know how they do it.  I just cant do it, dont you ever feel like all you do is work, with no down time?  well thats how I feel.
