I was saying the same thing about title abstractors who were doing this over a year ago.  This sort of thing is no surprise and has been reported on comprehensively before.  What exactly is new about this piece, besides putting a "human face" on the fraud by getting these stooges on camera?  lol.  Very little in my view.  Shoulda been looked into long ago and in greater depth by those with power to prosecute.  Day late, dollar short, now.
