There's a job posting for RedVision on this site.  Believe they utilize this sort of techno approach to title work. 

Looked at the brochure you posted & yes, some of those people have been around for a long time, but still, it is technically impossible, at least in Massachusetts, to produce a title search, even on a current owner search in that period of time.  I can't even imagine sitting in a cubicle all day doing that either.
