Just a reminder that we're all supposed to be behaving civilly towards one another on this site.  I worked, in-house, for a title company that laid all of us off with no notice & certainly no payment of unused sick/vacation days AND, just to make sure that we all understood that the company was broke, our last four paychecks bounced as well (and continued to bounce & bounce & bounce).  I was beside myself at the time & still get mad when I think about it now,  but it all comes under the heading of "what can I do?".   I suspect that Ken will have a very difficult time ever opening any sort of title business ever again & if someone cares to Google his name, this site & all the negative comments show up, so he may find that he has a hard time opening any kind of business in the future.
