CIC Trump being in Davenport IA today is not a coincidence.  He is there today because ohhh maybe  FIDLAR Technologies might just be in the same town... people can do their own homework from that website.. they need to understand the one with the license is the watchdog for the state.  These licensee's either do their damn job that goes with a executive branch license or they should give it up and be an employee and follow directions from someone who knows something.

1.  Elected - by the people (oath) - Board of Supervisors/City Council

2.  Appointed -  as an administrative tribunal judge aka board of review - chair

3.  Deputized - as a deputy recorder (oath)

4.  Commissioned - as a notary public

5.  Licensed - as an abstractor (watchdog over Courthouse Functions)

It's Called STANDING for the State - Under the Executive Branch.

A real class needs to be given about standing.  The BAR is NOT Government, YOU Licensee's are.
