It sounds like your trying to re-invent the wheel, and are misinformed as well. It is a requirment that abstractors carry e&o. Per title co. underwriters if abstractor doesn't have it, we can't use them. It also sounds like your of the impression that title co. make all this money, agian you are misinformed.
