The Feds are going to completely absorb Fannie & Freddie.  That mean WE the people, will own all those toxic mortgages and add a few more Trillion to the national debt.

The Feds just changed the SallieMae student loans.  Used to be originated by local banks, backed by Fed.  Not anymore (and yes, this is already HAPPENING) - going forward all student loans will be originated under (To Be Determined) Federal School Loan Funding Department, bypassing originating banks.

Expect mortgages and SBA's to follow.
