At first, I thought, "well, as long as the goverment website doesn't play favorites in terms of the price or placement of the ads, and the ads do not compete with or interfere with the purpose and function of the government website, I do not have a problem with this." 

But then I thought of the fact that if this idea caught on, Source of Title could be in competition with hundreds or even thousands of government websites for the scarce marketing dollars of title businesses and the like.  So, on second thought, I really do not like the idea.
