Ideally we would have individuals that rely upon their abilities, common sense and created resources to get by. Who have equal opportunities, but just that EQUAL.

Why do we as individuals get forced into financially supporting those who can not take care for themselves? Why is it that we as a nation keep handling the result of the problems and not the causes of the problems? 

The common American does not know how to survive within their means or how to live a stable, happy life. The common American executive does not know how to manage a business so that it expands. The common American struggles through life. Illiteracy, broken homes, general lack of religion, crime rates, bankruptcies, I could go on and on.

Obama is not the root of these problems, it is a government based off of personal interests (as Jessica stated) and short sighted views. It is a government and people that are not responsible for their conditions and actions.
